1. OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT: It is understood and agreed that ownership of the property or equipment
remains at all times in Hank Parker's Rental. The sale of any property that we rent or lease to you or your failure to timely return the
property to Hank Parker's Rental will constitute a crime and subject you to prosecution.

2. RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, FINANCE CHARGES & COLLECTIONS: Facsimile signatures on this contract or
photocopies of the original contract are binding as if they were original signatures. You, the customer, hereby authorize Hank Parker's
Rental as your irrevocable agent to complete and sign all credit, charge, or debit card slips for customer's credit or bank card for all
amounts due to Hank Parker's Rental by renter under this contract, including cleaning charges, repair charges for damage to the
property or equipment, and the full replacement cost of the rented property if lost, stolen or seized. A deposit for ½ of the total rental
contract amount is required to make a reservation. All cancellations are subject to 25% cancellation fee. Orders are to be paid no later
than 1 week prior to delivery. A 5% finance charge is added to all unpaid invoices 10 days after event date. An additional 2% monthly
finance charge is added after 30 days. You, the customer, agree to pay all rental property recovery, collection, and attorney fees should
legal action be taken. You agree to pay all other fees that are required for the full collection of your lease contact or rental fees.

3. RIGHT TO RE-TAKE THE PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT: If it is necessary, in order to enforce our rights of ownership of the property
or equipment or to protect our rights under this contract, Hank Parker's Rental may retake our property or equipment at any time, and in
order to do so, Hank Parker's Rental or its representatives may enter upon your premises, or any other place that the rental property or
equipment is located and you hereby agree to indemnify Hank Parker's Rental and waive any right of action against us for such re-taking
or entry to recover the property.

4. CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT: you acknowledge that you have examined the property or equipment before
taking possessions of it for the rental period. You have seen it demonstrated in operation and property or equipment was then in good
operating condition. You acknowledge that you have represented to Hank Parker's Rental that you are familiar with the proper and safe
manner of using the said property and equipment.

5. USE OF THE PROPERTY: You agree that the property or equipment will be used only by you, the renter, and only at the address with
you have stated in the contract as the place where the property is to be used. You further agree the property or equipment will only be
used for the purpose for which the property was manufactured and intended. You understand that you many not rent or sublease this
property or equipment to anyone else or permit anyone who has not signed the rental contract to use the equipment for any reason.

6. INOPERABLE OR MALFUNCTIONING PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT: You agree to immediately discontinue using any equipment
which malfunctions or becomes inoperable. You agree to notify Hank Parker's Rental immediately, which will repair or replace the
property or equipment with similar equipment if possible. Hank Parker Rental will not be responsible for any loss or consequential
damages for malfunctioning equipment or delay in replacing equipment. No refunds or exchanges will be given for property or equipment
returned broken or inoperable after the items have\ been signed our or delivered.

7. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: You agree to assume all liability and risks inherent in the possession, operation, and use of the rental
property or equipment. You hereby release and indemnify Hank Parker's Rental from all claims for any and all property damage or any
individual's bodily injury (including death) resulting for the operation and use, or your possession, of the property or equipment. You
further agree to assume the entire liability for the defense of all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) by third
parties resulting from the use of, operation of, or possession of such property or equipment whether or not it be held or claimed that such
damage or injury resulted, in whole or in part, from the negligence of you or Hank Parker's Rental or from the defective condition of such
property or equipment for any other reason. You further agree to pay, indemnify and hold Hank Parker's Rental harmless from all
judgments or awards arising out of all such claims.

8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT: You agree to be responsible for equipment which you have rented from the
time the property or equipment is taken until it is returned to the possession of Hank Parker's Rental and all fees or charges are paid in
full. This includes property or equipment not returned or picked up on time. If the property or equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged before
you return it, you will be responsible for the new current replacement cost of the property or equipment which you have rented on this
contract, plus the rental fees which you have agreed to pay. In addition, if you are renting the property or equipment for your employer or
for someone else, your employer or the person whom you represent shall also be responsible for all terms and conditions on the rental
contract, and for the new replacement cost for any lost, stolen or damaged property or equipment. If the property or equipment is lost or
stolen, you must provide a copy of a police report covering the loss.

9. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY & CLEANING FEES: You agree to return the property or equipment at the end of the term
in which you have rented it. You further agree you will return all property or equipment in the same condition in which it was received.
This includes china, glassware, flatware etc. to be returned clean and free of food. Additional cleaning, replacement and damage fees will
be added to all orders not returned clean, or returned damaged. All linen is to be returned undamaged, free of food, debris, and moisture.

10. DAMAGE INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY: Insurance is added to all orders unless a copy of your proof of insurance is given when
the contract is signed or certificate is on file. If you desire to have Hank Parker's Rental assume the responsibility only for the damage
repairs to property or equipment, Hank Parker's Rental will charge you an additional 9% if the base rental rate. This charge is not
refunded at any time during or after your rental period. Damage responsibility (insurance) does not cover missing items. Damage
insurance does not cover or replace china, glassware, flatware, linen, or kitchen equipment.

11. WARRANTIES: Hank Parker's Rental makes no warranties, express or implied, of fitness or merchantability for a particular use in
connection with the property, equipment or its rental.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This contract represents the entire understanding and agreement between you, the rental customer, and Hank
Parker's Rental and there are no other oral or written agreements or understandings, expressed or implied, that conflict with the terms of
this agreement
